Request deletion of your Side Path account

If you can still use the app

Sign in, then go to Me → Account → Delete account. Confirm twice and verify your identity with the sign-in method you used. Once verified, the server data linked to your account is deleted immediately.

If the app is uninstalled or no longer works

Tap the button below to send a deletion request. Please keep the fields in the email template — sign-in method, user ID, account nickname and Google sign-in email — so we can find and verify your account.

If the button does not open your email app, write to yangwang1919@gmail.com with the subject "Side Path account deletion request".

Never send your Google or WeChat password, SMS verification codes, authorization codes or other credentials by email.

We may ask by email for additional proof that the account is yours. We will process your request and reply within 7 business days after your identity is verified.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile, avatar, sign-in identity index and all device sessions are permanently deleted.
• Temporary encrypted backups on our server, and any feedback linked to your account, are permanently deleted.
• The records on your phone are never uploaded to the account server. If the app has been uninstalled, the system has normally already removed that local data.
• Anonymous aggregate statistics that are not linked to an account are not account data. Anonymized account digests in security event logs are kept for up to 30 days under our existing policy.
